Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Reports To: Member Experience Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time Hourly
Compensation: $25-30.00 per hour based off experience
Position Overview
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all club facilities to ensure an exceptional experience for members, guests, and staff. This role supervises housekeeping team members, coordinates daily cleaning operations, inspects facilities for quality assurance, and helps maintain the high standards expected at Flatrock Motorclub.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and passionate about creating clean, welcoming, and luxury-level environments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead by example by actively participating in daily housekeeping duties, including routine cleaning and maintaining cleanliness standards alongside the housekeeping team.
Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations
Assign daily cleaning schedules and ensure completion of all assigned tasks
Inspect facilities, restrooms, clubhouse areas, offices, hospitality spaces, and member areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
Train new housekeeping team members on proper procedures, safety practices, and service expectations
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and housekeeping equipment
Coordinate deep cleaning projects and special event preparation/cleanup
Assist with scheduling staff coverage for Track Days, events, weekends, and peak operational periods
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Address housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally
Help maintain a positive and productive team environment
Communicate effectively with leadership regarding facility needs, repairs, or operational concerns
Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic
Ensure all areas reflect the elevated hospitality standards of Flatrock Motorclub
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping or custodial experience required
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Working knowledge of guest space cleaning, public space detailing, and high standard inspection procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and Track Days as needed
Hospitality, country club, hotel, or luxury facility experience preferred
Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in member-facing environments

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and carrying items up to 40 pounds
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and loud environments during events and Track Days
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require
