Job Description: Join a one-of-a-kind community built around the premier private motorsports club in the United States. We are seeking an accomplished Restaurant Asst General Manager to aid in the shaping of food and beverage operations from the ground up. This is an extraordinary opportunity to collaborate with multiple different departments to assist in the development of our first restaurant Café Bella and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to an elite membership. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for assisting in all day-to-day Service & Beverage operations, including but not limited to member dining, bar service, race weekend hospitality and private events. This role will drive operational excellence, team leadership, financial accountability, and an elevated member experience aligned with the Flatrock brand.
Professional Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience (3-5 years) as a Restaurant General Manager or senior hospitality leader, preferably in fine dining, luxury hospitality, private clubs, or resorts
Strong background in staff leadership, training, and team development
Deep understanding of front-of-house operations, guest experience, and member engagement
Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Financial acumen with expertise in labor management, cost control, and budget oversight
Ability to collaborate effectively with culinary leadership and ownership to align service with the club’s brand vision
Flexibility to adapt to a unique, event-driven operating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Essential Duties:
Provide overall leadership and direction for all dining room restaurant operations across multiple outlets.
Partner with the Executive Chef and executive leadership to design and implement service standards that reflect the club’s vision and elevate the member experience.
Recruit, train, and mentor hospitality staff to uphold a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional service.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor management to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with the culinary team to align food, beverage, and service offerings for restaurant dining and special events.
Maintain member-focused service, engaging directly with members to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Manage budgets, labor costs, and financial performance of F&B operations while upholding the highest standards of quality.
Develop policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure consistency and compliance.
Play a key role in planning and executing private dining events, one-of-a-kind experiences, and large-scale member functions.
Contribute to the strategic vision for future outlets and growth of the club’s F&B program.

Working Conditions:
The Restaurant General Manager will begin in a temporary hospitality environment while the Flatrock Motorclub clubhouse is under development. This requires flexibility, adaptability, and a creative approach to delivering a high level of service and member experience within a developing operation. The position involves being on the floor for extended periods, leading teams in a fast-paced environment, and managing multiple priorities during peak service times and high-profile events.
As construction progresses, the Restaurant General Manager will play an active role in shaping the design, functionality, and service flow of the new clubhouse restaurant Café Bella. This transitional period offers a unique opportunity to directly influence the operational and service foundation of a world-class hospitality program.
