Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Licensed Nail Technician to join the opening team of a premier luxury cspa in Rockwood, Tennessee. This role is ideal for a polished, hospitality-minded professional who is passionate about creating elevated, highly personalized experiences and delivering impeccable nail care in a refined spa environment.

The Nail Technician will provide sophisticated manicure and pedicure services while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, professionalism, and luxury hospitality. Beyond technical skill, we are looking for someone who understands that true luxury is found in the details-from anticipating a guest's preferences to creating a beautifully prepared and serene treatment environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional luxury manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments
- Conduct thoughtful consultations and customize services to each guest's needs and preferences
- Maintain impeccable sanitation, sterilization, and infection-control standards in accordance with Tennessee regulations
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas to luxury resort standards
- Deliver a warm, polished, and highly personalized guest experience
- Educate guests on appropriate nail and hand/foot care and recommend professional products when appropriate
- Maintain accurate knowledge of spa services, products, amenities, and protocols
- Assist with maintaining appropriate product and supply inventory
- Support spa events, member experiences, and special programming as needed
- Collaborate with the spa team to create a seamless experience from arrival through departure
- Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Current Tennessee Nail Technician or Cosmetology License in good standing
- Professional nail-service experience; luxury spa, resort, club, or high-end salon experience preferred
- Excellent manicure and pedicure technique with exceptional attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of sanitation and safety protocols
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Warm, intuitive communication style and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to anticipate guest needs without being intrusive
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining exceptional standards
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including select weekends, holidays, and special events as required
